We need your help! Please make a donation to Lewis and Clark Middle School!

Lewis & Clark’s 2nd Annual Donation Fundraiser is about to kick off!  This is a direct giving campaign.

ALL money raised goes to Lewis & Clark’s PTO and directly supports our students and teachers.  We are accepting donations October 16-November 3; however, you can donate at any time throughout the year. Our goal is to raise $5,000.

 

 Dr. Sterba has informed the PTO that the school is in great need of a scoreboard for the football/track/soccer field.  The PTO would love to provide that to the school if enough money is raised during this campaign.  Dr. Sterba has been hoping for one for many years; however, the school has not had any extra funds.  A portion of the funds raised during the campaign would go towards the cost of the scoreboard as well as the startup electrical costs.

In addition, the funds raised would help support:

  • PTO sponsored events like the two school dances, a holiday party for the staff, teacher appreciation week and dinner for the staff at conferences.
  • Student and Teacher Scholarships.
  • Supplies/equipment needed for teachers’ classrooms which include technology, musical instruments, books, etc.

 For example: 

  • $5 donation pays for a 24 pack of water for a school dance.
  • $10 donation pays for new sheet music for the music department.
  • $20 donation goes toward a teacher scholarship.
  • $50 donation goes into the technology fund.
  • $100 donation goes toward the purchase of a new volleyball net.
  • $500 donation would cover an entire student scholarship!

Our goal is to have every Lewis & Clark family contribute, regardless of the amount.  Ask your family, friends, neighbors and employers to donate and support Lewis & Clark Middle School.  No contribution is too small. 100% of contribution is tax-deductible.

You can send in a check or cash donation.  Make checks payable to Lewis and Clark PTO.  Please send in all donations by November 3rd if possible; however, your donation will be accepted throughout the year. Or use our secure payment gateway form below, to make a donation today.
